Analisis Keberhasilan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Di PD BPR BKK Purwokerto

RINGKASAN

Kesuksesan sistem teknologi informasi pada perusahaan dapat dilihat apakah sudah sesuai dengan harapan dan kepentingan suatu perusahaan. PD BPR BKK Purwokerto merupakan perusahan daerah yang bergerak dibidang perbankan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 30 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan dan staf IT. Pembahasan penelitian lebih difokuskan pada analisis sistem informasi C6 Online dan MBS Online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan sistem informasi pelayanan di PD BPR BKK Purwokerto. Salah satu metode untuk mengukur keberhasilan sistem informasi menggunakan metode DeLone dan McLean. Model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan Mclean merefleksi ketergantungan dari enam pengukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi. Untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan sistem informasi pelayanan di PD BPR BKK Purwokerto dengan menggunakan metode DeLone dan McLean. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa menunjukan bahwa distribusi kecenderungan pada semua variabel adalah kurang baik dan hanya beberapa hipotesis yang diterima. (1) Kualitas sistem tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengguna. (2) Kualitas Informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengguna. (3) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengguna. (4) Kualitas Sistem tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan. (5) Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan. (6) Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan. (7) Pengguna tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan. (8) Pengguna tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manfaat Bersih. (9) Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manfaat Bersih. Efektivitas sistem informasi metode DeLone dan McLean tidak sepenuhnya terbukti secara empiris di PD BPR BKK Purwokerto.

ABSTRACT

The success of information technology systems in the company can be seen in agreement with the expectations and interests of a company. One method to measure success by using the DeLone and McLean methods. D&M information systems success model reflects the dependence of the six measurements of information system success. To know the success rate of service information system in PD BPR BKK Purwokerto by using DeLone and McLean method. The object of this research is the information service system in PD BPR BKK Purwokerto. The subjects of this study were employees and staff of PD PD BPR BKK Purwokerto as many as 30 respondents. Hypothesis testing using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the research it is found that distribution on all variables is not good and only some hypotheses are accepted.

(1) System Quality has no significant effect on Intention to Use. (2) Information Quality has no significant effect on Intention to Use. (3) Service Quality has significant effect on Intention to Use. (4) System Quality has no significant effect on Satisfaction. (5) Information Quality has significant effect on Satisfaction. (6) Service Quality has no significant effect on Satisfaction. (7) Intention to Use has no significant effect on Satisfaction. (8) Intention to Use has no significant effect on Net Benefit. (9) Satisfaction has no significant effect on Net Benefit. The effectiveness of information systems by DeLone and McLean method is not fully proven empirically in PD BPR BKK Purwokerto.
