RINGKASAN

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan pada Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Timur. Menganalisa aplikasi yang digunakan puskesmas tersebut dikarenakan aplikasi mengalami not responding yaitu keterlambatan data pada sistem aplikasi puskesmas yang mengakibatkan data yang terinput berjalan lambat dan menghambat keseluruh sistem pelayanan diantaranya sistem badan pemeriksaan (BP), sistem pelayanan kesehatan, sistem konsultasi bidan (KB), sistem manajemen terpadu balita sakit yang dikhususkan untuk balita, sistem imunisasi gizi dan sistem apotek. Metode yang digunakan adalah Framework COBIT 4.1. analisis diawali dengan mengidentifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, identifikasi Business Goals, identifikasi IT Goals, identifikasi IT Process, identifikasi Control Objective, dan Maturity Level. Setelah dilakukan analisis dapat diketahui rata-rata dari tingkat kematangan teknologi informasi pada aplikasi puskesmas. Maturity level Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Timur saat ini berada pada level 3 define, yang artinya sistem standar yang digunakan sudah terintegrasi melalui unit sistem pelayanan informasi organisasi, lebih konsisten mengenai data serta penyimpanan informasi yang berkualitas tinggi, akan tetapi pada domain PO1 Defene a strstegic IT plan yaitu pada level 2 repeatable process yang artinya perlu adanya perbaikan pada sistem perencanaan strategi TI yaitu dengan melakukan penerapan strategi pada perusahaan secara terorganisir dan terstruktur guna memperbaiki sistem yang memliliki tingkat level yang rendah.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to measure the level of maturity at Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Timur. Analyze the application used by the puskesmas because the application experienced not responding that is the delay of data on puskesmas application system which resulted the data that run slowly and hampered the whole service system such as the body of examination system, health service system, midwife consultation system, integrated management of sick toddlers devoted to toddlers, nutritional immunization systems and pharmacy systems. The method used is the COBIT Framework 4.1. analysis begins with identifying problems, data collection, Business Goals identification, IT Goals identification, IT Process identification, Control Objective identification, and Maturity Level. After the analysis can be known the average of the maturity level of information technology in the application of health centers. The maturity level of Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Timur is currently at level 3 define, which means the standard system used is integrated through the organizational information service system unit, more consistent on data and storage of high quality information, but on the domain PO1 Defene a strstegic IT plan namely at level 2 repeatable process which means that there is an improvement in the IT strategy planning system that is by implementing strategies on the company in an organized and structured to improve the system that memliliki level low.
