Abstrak

This study discusses the information systems auditing public service transportation department of communication and informatics Banyumas and aims to determine the condition of the system using a maturity model information on COBIT 4.1 framework. These studies include audit which not only provides an evaluation of current information systems but can make recommendations based on findings that there was thus obtained the condition of good information systems in the future. This study focuses only on the DS domain (Delivery and support) and ME (Monitoring and Evaluate) consisting of 17 IT Process and Control Objectives 96. The collection of data through interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The findings obtained from the processing of data will be compared to established standards COBIT 4.1 to determine the level of maturity at the moment. The results of the research show public service information systems field communication and information technology has optimized the use of information systems to support business processes establishments. the entire process of IT has been implemented with the development of a computerized system was good, but the evaluation process has not been carried out thoroughly, so that there is the possibility of deviation can be and still lack of support from management in documenting and communicating throughout the process of information systems. Subsequently acquired condition information system at the level of 2.71 (Defined Process) with a gap of information system conditions expected at level 4 (Manage and Measurable) at 1:11.
