Abstrak

Acceptance of new students (PPDB) is one of the efforts continuity of educational activities that need to be implemented. This activity aims to provide an opportunity for graduates of junior and junior both public and private as well as graduates Packet program to continue studies to pursue higher education. Various methods are used the school to make the process of data management acceptance of new students walked quickly and timely. MAN Purwokerto 1 acceptance process of new students are still using manual systems, which prospective learners in the registration process to enter data by writing on the registration form after the data is written to the new registration form recapitulated by the committee PPDB MAN Purwokerto 1 into the computer using Microsoft Excel software. In the process of data recap acceptance of new students in Purwokerto MAN 1 often have problems damage data form registries, loss of data form registries, registrars of data errors and duplicate data registries this makes data recap annually incomplete. To overcome these problems, built an information system acceptance of new students but offline web based utilizing client server network can help the acceptance committee of new learners. Information system acceptance of new students are made using the method of developing a prototype system. From the results of the beta testing phase II result that all the needs of the school are met.
