Abstrak

SMA Yos Sudarso Sokaraja, a private educational institutions under the auspices of the Yayasan Sosial Bina Sejahtera (YSBS) they have a favorite organization, that is school library. But SI and IT have not applied optimally in business processes and yet it has a portfolio of strategic planning of information systems. So that in view of the need to create a strategic information systems, in order to give a competitive advantage in business. Forms strategic planning of information systems that will be discussed, in this study using a methodology Ward and Peppard with tools SWOT, Value Chain, CSF and methods of analysis McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of this analysis defines the strategic planning of information systems in the form of an information system that result proposal arsiektur network with a star topology and management strategies upcoming application of recommendations, SI Library, SI Inventory, SI Online Catalogue.
