Abstrak

Problems that occur in PD. BKK Kesugihan Cilacap that particular employee productivity lending division does not meet targets to be achieved then often experience problems in terms of control and registration of credit customers who are not efficient or systems that are not controlled properly. One of the risks encountered in the implementation of IT in PD. BKK is an information system developed can not increase the productivity of employees who have the appropriate performance targets to be achieved then often experience problems in terms of control and registration of credit customer. Need to increase the accuracy of performance that is supported by the Human Resources (HR) is capable and competent in their field. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of performance maturity on the level of management in order to achieve the goal of a competitive business and efficiency in the use of information technology in PD. BKK, the information systems audit is to see whether the information system is in conformity with the business objectives and business processes, using the COBIT framework 5. This study authors used data collection methods such as observation, interview and questionnaire in accordance with COBIT 5. With a value of 4 then the existing information systems in PD. BKK has been running quite well and was able to achieve the goal of a competitive business and efficiency in the use of information technology.
