Abstrak

SMK Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto is one of the private educational institutions that have a vision of "Becoming Vocational Excellence and Competitive". In order to realize this vision, the role of Information Systems or Information Technology (IS / IT) is needed as supporting the process of operational activities. Currently SMK Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto yet have a strategic information systems planning that mature on the direction of the vision and mission of the school as a work supporting operations to achieve long-term quality. The need to implement an effective information system and efficiently in accordance with the needs should be put Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto SMK can successfully run operasional education. Forms strategic planning information system used in this study using a methodology Ward and Peppard with tools analysis methods include SWOT, CSF, Value Chain, Five Force, PEST, Mc Farlan Grid and uses three methods of data collection are interviews, observation, and study library. The purpose of this study was to produce a proposed strategic planning of IS / IT for Vocational Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto. The end result in the form of portfolio that is a proposal in the organizational environment.
