Abstrak

Kondang Prima Karya Cooperative is a cooperative engaged in landtransport, especially taxis. In doing business is still not utilizing information technology. It is necessary to perform the Information Technology Strategic Planning to implement or develop information technology that can later be run optimally on operational activities so that it can be used as a tool to support the success of the Cooperative Kondang Karya Prima. In doing strategic planning of information technology used method in accordance with the organization's environmental conditions Planning Information Technology used in this study using ward and Peppard. The analysis process using several tools including a SWOT, Value Chain, Critical Succes Factor (CSF), Five Force, PEST, and analysis Mc Farlan. The goal in this research to know the needs of the information technology and provide a recommendation to have a strategic planning ahead. The end result of this research is a portfolio that is a proposal in the organizational environment.
