Abstrak

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto in running business processes as an organization engaged in education not utilize systems and information technology IS / IT optimally to the needs of strategic planning for later application and development of the IS / IT can run optimally on operational activities, so it can be used as a tool to support the success of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto in mecapai vision and mission of the organization. In planning to use a method in accordance with the organization's environmental conditions. Strategic planning of information systems and information technology used in this study using the method of Ward and Peppard. The analysis process using several tools including a SWOT, CSF, Value Chain, PEST, Five Forces and analysis Mc Farlan. The purpose of this study to determine the strategic needs of information systems and information technology as well as providing recommendations SI / IT for the foreseeable future. The end result of this research is a portfolio recommendation IS / IT needed in the organization.
