Abstrak

In the implementation of operational activities, LPK Magistra Utama Purwokerto yet there is harmony between the business strategy with the strategy of Information Systems or Information Technology (IS / IT). One contributing factor is the lack of strategic planning of IS / IT and application utilization SI / IT is still not optimal. Based on these problems, the writer will create a strategic plan of IS / IT based framework Ward and Peppard. This study aims to produce a proposed strategic planning document IS / IT in order to realize the vision, mission and policy of LPK Magistra Utama Purwokerto. The analytical method used is the method of Ward & Peppard with tools Five Forces analysis, PEST, SWOT, Value Chain and CSF. The stages that do include the identification of internal and external business factors and identification of internal factors SI / IT. The results of this study in the form of a portfolio that can be used for reference in order to establish a strategic plan for the future SI
