Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Metode Ward And Peppard (Studi Kasus : SMK Ma'arif Nu 1 Ajibarang)

Abstrak

SMK Maarif NU 1 Ajibarang inaugurated in 1992, is an educational institution that is in Banyumas. SMK Maarif NU 1 Ajibarang growing quite rapidly. However, SI and IT have not applied optimally in business processes and yet it has a portfolio of strategic planning of information systems. So it is necessary to create a strategic information systems, in order to give a competitive advantage in business. Strategic planning of information systems is a key before implementing information systems and information technology company. Proper strategic planning can support planning and business development company. Forms strategic planning of information systems that will be discussed, in this study using a methodology WardandPeppard with tools PEST analysis method, Fiveforces models, Valuechain, SWOT and analysis methods McFarlanstrategicgrid. The results of this analysis defines the strategic planning of information systems in the form of business strategy information systems, information systems strategy, strategic management information systems and information technology, information system recommendation, an upcoming application and implementation plans.
