Abstrak

Wijayakusuma Hospital already implementing information systems in the form of a web site and Hospital Management Information System (SIM RS). According to interviews with hospital IT department has never done Wijayakusuma audit the information systems to determine the extent of the role of information technology has been able to represent the organization's business objectives, it is necessary to evaluate information technology management through auditing of information technology at the Hospital Wijayakusuma. The purpose of this study is to audit the hospital information system using the standard Wijayakusuma COBIT 5 for evaluating information systems. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and wawancara, while for farmework audit uses the COBIT 5. With the results achieved capability value of 2.4 with the recommendations expected to improve the capability value after the run.
