Abstrak

LBPP Purwokerto LIA is a non-formal education institutions one branch cooperation of 66 branches LBPP LIA in purwokerto.LBPP LIA Purwokerto has adopted a system of academic and financial information, but the use of SI and IT is still considered to be lacking in business processes and yet it has a portfolio of strategic planning of information systems.So it is necessary to create a strategic information systems, to support business processes and the development of SI and TI in LBPP LIA Purwokerto which will provide a competitive advantage for the party LBPP LIA Purwokerto in the midst of intense competition, with the increasing number of English language courses similar institutions.The research method used is the method of Ward and Peppard.The analysis tools include SWOT, Value Chain, Five Forces Model, and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid.Results of the strategic planning of information systems in the form of SI business strategy, IT strategy, management strategy SI / IT, and the future application portfolio.
