Abstrak

Lung is one of vital organ for human life specially function as a means of respiration. Many societies which suffering emphysema. However most losing in diagnosed so the reach chronic phases and difficult to handle. Even by dozens among they have to epensive of losing of the soul of course patient emphysema must routine have to take counsel with expertly of hygienist(emphysema expert), ad for pathological.
This system applies the method of certainty factor in getting decision. This system is defined as the correlation between symptoms and diagnosis with a certain result in addition, it also applies forward chaining inference. This system is built up by using programming language with PHP and MYSQL basic, so it is easier to access this system if there is a local network or internet as well.
According to the test result based on black box and user acceptance test, it is concluded that the expert system has been used in identifying respiratory disease on children
