In this Research, writer design application learning with title The aplication of learning basic and electrical measurements android based. In the basic lesson and electrical measurements there are still many students who have not mastered way of measuring and determinis the measuring scale. This application is designed to convey information about the basic and electrical measurements, introduction of multitester, electronic components and how to measure it. The benefits of this research are provide learning resources for students according with technological advances. This application is designed for student of classes x engineering electricity installations anywhere. System Development method used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). This application is built using Android Studio and be able to running on android version 4.0 and above. Result of this application is learning application that allows students to learn about basic and electrical measurements anywhere, know the basic of electronics, electronic components and how to measure it. The result of beta test by using questionnaire with respondents 18 people, and the result of percentage approval application is 81,37% which means that the application is good and decent implemented as learning media.
