Abstrak

Ananda Hospital is a private hospital who specialized in maternal and child health services. Ananda Hospital has an information system that serves as an EHR (Electronic Health Records). Sirus is a combination of programs that menundukung information system services in hospital management information system includes patient registration, rekamedis information systems, pharmacy information systems, financial information systems, information systems and information systems infentori outpatient and inpatient. To measure the services of the information system, so that the necessary audit information system through the framework to determine the quality of information systems. The purpose of this is to Knowpenlitian maturity of an information system to fit the needs of the organization by the Hospital Information Systems Audit Using COBIT 5 (Case Study: Hospital Ananda). Audit results RS Ananda as many as 33 processes, two processes are at level 1, 13 poses are at level 2, 9 process at the level of 3 and 5 are in the process of level 4. The results of the analysis obtained value prses Capability level of 2,333. recommendation to increase the value Capability level.
